It has long been said that the only constant is change. Any facility project brings with it new systems, new processes, new technologies, new routes, new policies, new staffing needs and new confusion.
At Plane Inglish; we know Airports and Airlines. We know the Stakeholders and their functions within, leased tenants or not. That Stakeholders have competing interests and are not all managed by one entity. That we cannot solve just for what we see but truly have to understand the function and relationship of every end user to bring operational excellence. That a minor miscommunicated change or unimagined mishap can halt an Airport and have ripple affects throughout the Commercial Airports System. Our goal is prevention.
We partner with Airport, Airlines, Stakeholders, Designers and Contractors to translate the daily functions of an Airport into the design, allowing for the incorporation of the process, sustainable maintenance programs to deliver functional spaces in the final product and during construction.
We use Change Leadership (Behavioral Change Management) to mitigate organizational risk. We facilitate conversations for changes in corporate strategy, processes, systems, and technology where its required that people perform and behave differently.
We work with the Stakeholders to create operational plans for daily and irregular operations. Which creates a standard and knowledge base for training and operational trials with the end users and Stakeholders. This process also provides input for mitigation plans on opening day.
We work with you to achieve...
1) Opening the new facility like you have been operating the facility for years.
2) Ensuring the staff are confident in the operation during normal and irregular operations.
3) Internal and External equipment, service agreements, contracts, staff and shifts have been adapted or created for the new facility.
....all to provide excellent customer service to the passengers and customers.
